Shipping

We currently offer free standard delivery across India. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network. Tracking details will be added to your account when the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather, public holidays and courier disruptions can cause delays. Please provide a complete address and reachable Indian mobile number.

Return policy

You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original tags and packaging. Contact knitllytees@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Items showing wear, washing, perfume, stains or customer-caused damage are not eligible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; bank processing time may vary. Return shipping may be deducted unless the item supplied was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Knitlly collects the information needed to create your account, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud and provide support. This can include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment status. Payment credentials are handled by Cashfree and are not stored by Knitlly. We share necessary information only with service providers such as payment, hosting, analytics and delivery partners. Terms of sale

Knitlly may cancel and refund an order when stock, pricing, address or fraud checks prevent fulfilment. Product colours can vary slightly across screens and production batches. Exchange policy

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an eligible refund or store resolution after inspection.
